Preventive Controls for
Human Food Series
The Preventive Controls for Human Food Series is a deep dive into the Preventive Controls such as Sanitation, Allergens, Process and Supply Chain. We developed these short courses as a supplement to the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual course by request of our learners. Each of these 1 day courses are designed to help the learner better understand how to develop and implement these programs to meet the FSMA regulations.
The series is run over a 4-month period with required attendance of one day per month. The series can be purchased as a group or by individual course. Take one or take them all at a discounted rate. The courses included in the series includes:
